If you haven’t heard from me by then, we both got foiled by a technical issue. Please call me to get it fixed right away.

A few quick reminders as you fill out the form:

• Fees. My speaking fees are based on the choices you make below.
• Virtual. My live streaming and recorded speaking fees are at 80% the rate of in-person events. If you want me to live stream from a site you choose, such as your local office, I will add local mileage to the quote. This also applies to a preferred recording studio. If I can choose the site, I will not charge for local mileage.
• Travel. If you’d like me to coordinate my own travel, I will charge you for 100% of reasonable travel expenses for two people to travel business class (or equivalent). These expenses will cover travel agency, refundable booking fees, transportation, lodging, and meals. The expenses will cover myself and one additional traveler to assist me. Alternately, you can provide comparable travel accommodations for us.
• Merchandise. I request the ability to sell books and merchandise after my talk, whenever sales are allowed at the event.
• Payment. I require a non-refundable 50% down payment when the quote is accepted. This is necessary to book the event on my calendar. I invoice for full payment 30 days before the event, and require full payment 14 days before the event.
• Availability. You can confirm my ability to speak at your event on my availability calendar.
