I served 23 years in the U.S. Army, including battalion command, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in September 2026.

As a consultant with Deloitte, I designed organizational assessments, leader offsites, and change management strategies for federal clients, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the FDA.
Today
I serve as co-founder and Information Lead (CIO) of Benes Companies, a veteran-owned startup, where I supervise interns in our internship program.
